The carbon calculator is in effect a fancy spreadsheet.
All records are viewable on the Carbon Calculator page, which can be accessed via the left hand sidebar.
There are a few ways in which you can create records:
1) You can add an emission through the Add Emission page situated in the left hand sidebar. Here you can add an emission of any type by going through the steps to identify the applicable factor.
2) You can keep track of your crew and cast's daily commute emissions through the Daily Commute tool, located directly underneath the Add Emission page.
3) You can add an emission through the specific Tools we have available to you, grouped underneath the Daily Commute tool in the left hand sidebar. These are spreadsheets created for common emissions used on productions and include Flights, Vehicles, Meals etc.
4) Each Tool has an associated Google spreadsheet template available through the Essential Resources page. These spreadsheets can be copied, completed on your own terms, and then uploaded through the corresponding tool through the CSV import function. To access these, navigate to the Essential Resources page, located in the left hand sidebar.
Depending on how each record was entered / created, will determine how you interact with it.
Records created through Add Emission can be changed inside the Carbon Calculator page. To do this, toggle the mode to EDIT and proceed to make modifications by double clicking on any specific records.
Records created through a Tool can be edited from within the Tool by double clicking on any of the records.
Your carbon emissions can be viewed as a summary on the Emission Report page.
